Travel from Hotel to UNCG’s Campus for Sessions
UNCG will be providing a shuttle to-and-from campus to the Marriott Greensboro Downtown and the Biltmore Hotel at the start and conclusion of each day. The Marriott Greensboro Downtown and the Biltmore Hotel are also easily accessible by car, bus, or taxi.

Rooms still available at The Biltmore Hotel in Greensboro has added rooms for participants for the dates of 7/28-8/2/2019. Attendees will need to call the hotel to book the rooms (800) 332.0303. Rooms are Queen or King only. Be sure to say you are calling for the INFD with UNCG room block. Rooms range from $100-129+tax nightly.

Airport Information
The City of Greensboro is home to the Piedmont Triad International Airport (airport code GSO). The Marriott Greensboro Downtown is a quick taxi ride from the airport. Information can be found on the hotel web site (click here) regarding travel from the airport to the hotel, including directions from other regional airports.
Train Information
Greensboro, NC is a popular stop by Amtrak. The Depot Downtown is in close proximity to the Marriott Greensboro Downtown (Amtrak Code is GRO).

Driving Directions
From the EAST: Take I-40 West to exit 224 (E Lee St toward US 29-N/220-N), continue to E Gate City Blvd, turn right onto Murrow Blvd, turn left onto E Lindsey St, and turn left onto N Greene St. Hotel will be on the left.
From the WEST: Take I-40 East to exit 218B (Freeman Mill Rd), continue to S Edgeworth St, turn right onto Bellemeade St, and turn left onto N Greene St. Hotel will be on the right.
From the SOUTH: Take I-85 North to exit 35B (US 220-N toward Interstate 40-W/Coliseum Area), merge onto US Hwy 220-N, keep left to continue on Freeman Mill Rd, continue to S Edgeworth St, turn right onto Bellemeade St, and turn left onto N Greene St. Hotel will be on the right.
From the NORTH: Take I-85 South to exit 131 (merger of I-40W & I-85S), continue on I-40W/I-85S Business to exit 224 (E Lee St toward US 29-N/220-N), continue to E Gate City Blvd, turn right onto Murrow Blvd, turn left onto E Lindsey St, and turn left onto N Greene St. Hotel will be on the left.
